Why do I get condensation on my new windows?

Condensation on windows tends to not be an issue with the window itself. It can be due to the things you do in your home. Steam from a shower, drying washing inside etc. Please see the link below for more information and advise from FENSA

What options do I have for obscure glass?

There is a range of obscure glass that can be chosen from the Pilkington glass range. Please click on More info below to see your options. These are classed as the standard range and are all the same price. There are additional designs available at an extra cost.

What happens if I need building regulations?

My house is listed or in a conservation area

If for example you are building a new conservatory or converting a window into a door, you may need to go through the local council with building regulations. Our experienced staff can take care of this for you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to give advice on what you are allowed if your house is listed or in a conservation area. It is your responsibility to check with your local council as to what the rules are for your individual property and let us know as there may be restrictions to what you can have.

Can you carry on work in bad weather?

What are your payment terms and do you offer finance?

We can continue to work in most weather conditions. Our experienced installers will take measures to limit the time your home will be vulnerable to the weather. A discussion can be had with our installers on the day if you have any concerns.

We ask for a 25% deposit on orders over £5,000 which is fully insured. For orders over £25,000, your payments will be split into three as the job progresses. The final payment is only asked for once we have completed the work and you are happy. We do not currently offer a finance package.
